perhaps the amateurs are just keeping the pros honest Bill? the "pro" end of the game has been bloated for a LOOONNG time and desperately needed a shakeup. the word "pro" itself needed a makeover. the avalanche of mediocre work, even at the national press level, has been staggering. maybe they can come up with some sort of user friendly software that will effect the photo editors in a similar fashion.

i look forward to seeing the market thin. i look forward to what comes from the ashes. watching the front page of David Harvey's Burn leads me to believe there are folks out there that can set themselves apart with whatever the medium of the day. sadly those folks are rarely found on the front pages of north americas press.

hope all is well Bill!

What do I want? I just want to interact with a Camera Mentor.
I want you to do and say whatever you like.
Don't change anything for me, I think you're a real hoot just the way you are.

Why would you want me to "just leave you alone"?
You are a public figure, a Camera Mentor. If you want no interaction with your public then just close the site to comments. Or ban those you don't agree with.

Frank, you have your own blog to libel people from. Please do not use this one for that. I've been polite up to now, but I don't have any more patience for this.

Thinking about that just gave me a creepy feeling. You sound like Lord Hicks.
